and no hassles. Of course all returned products must be in their
original packaging and in good (undamaged) condition. It will be
your responsibility to return the product to us and to obtain an RMA
from our sales support team. There are a few items in our catalog
(such as unprotected software libraries) which we are unable to offer
refunds for due to manufacturer policies. Any of the few products
which do not fall under our standard 30 day money back guarantee will
require customers to first sign a licensing agreement before
delivery. So, there is no chance that you will ever be surprised
after your purchase.
