Free Domestic US Ground Shipping

For those customers in the domestic USA (All US states on the main continent excluding Alaska), we offer free ground shipping on certain products. In order to obtain the free shipping option in the shopping cart, your order must be at or above $250.00 in value. This means you may be asked to purchase more than one item if you are buying low priced products in order to qualify for the free ground shipping. If you have questions please contact us.

Free International Air Shipping

For our International customers outside the USA, we offer free international air shipping on certain products. In order to obtain the free shipping option in the shopping cart, your order must be at or above $1799.00 in value. This means you may be asked to purchase more than one item if you are buying low priced products in order to qualify for the free ground shipping. If you have questions please contact us.

Fast Shipping Options

If you need biometric hardware in a hurry, chances are that you can purchase what you need from our online store and have it shipped out to you the same day. If you need it really fast we offer Next Day Air shipping to anywhere in the continental USA and we offer UPS Worldwide Saver shipment to many countries. When time is of the essence, it's good to know you have a place like Fulcrum to turn. (Please note that we occasionally run out of stock due to high customer demand or limited availability from the manufacturer.)

Late Shipping Cut-off Time

Many companies have shipping cut-off times early in the morning for same-day order processing. Not Fulcrum Biometrics. If your order is placed, the products are in inventory, and your payment has cleared before 3:30 p.m. Central time (Monday through Friday), we will pack and ship the order the same day.*

*size of order, heavy order volume, technical difficulties, etc. may delay shipments.

What makes us different?

Unlike many other online sellers of biometrics hardware or software, Fulcrum Biometrics actually stocks our warehouse with the products we advertise. We do our level best to maintain adequate stocking levels of inventory so that when you really need it we will have it. Stocking inventory also has another advantage - we buy our inventory brand new and in bulk direct from the manufacturers. This means we can pass on the best prices to you. Nowadays, just about anyone with a computer can have a website and offer products for sale, but very few companies go to the effort and expense to invest in and maintain physical inventory and very few websites actually stock inventory or provide after-sale support.
