The Smart Verification Terminal 4000 (SVT 4000) is fast processing, portable and multi-connectable. It combines on-board and server-driven remote identification. Fingerprints
A optical scanner located on the front provides a 500 dpi fingerprint image (FBI PIV IQS and BSI certified). For fast fingerprint acquisition and verification the SVT 4000 includes on-board memory.

Near Field Communication
The SVT 4000 uses NFC technology to read cards or devices on a short distance (conform to ISO1443 Type A/B and Mifare® standard). Membership management in regularly visited places as well as food distribution can be administered by using NFC media including biometric data.

Face Detection
On the rear side of the DERMALOG SVT 4000 a camera is integrated. With the help of a specially developed application the device allows a two-way authentication including finger and face.

Smart Cards
The ability of reading Smart cards (conforming to ISO 7816 standard) expands the devices features. Making a voting process more efficient or organizing payments, the SVT 4000 is able to read an ID card with biometric data stored on it.

Barcodes
Reading an optical code is a task often faced on airports or events. A corresponding app enables the integrated camera to fulfill this function.

Signature on Touch Display
By using a touch pen, available as separate accessory, signatures can be captured on the DERMALOG SVT 4000 display. A corresponding app is ready to be used with the device.
