FbF^(TM) mobileOne iOS Library Terms and Conditions

The following is a basic description of the terms and conditions of the mobileOne iOS Library.  You will be required to legally execute our MobileOne iOS Library License Agreement before we will release the product to you for your development.

Terms and Conditions:

• We require that each organizational entity or each independent developer purchase one copy of the mobileOne iOS Library.  Once you or your organization have paid for the Library your license is perpetual but it may not be transferred without our explicit consent.
• There is no royalty for distribution of the iOS Library components.
  
• We require that you agree to only use the mobileOne iOS Library with a Fulcrum FbF mobileOne device or any future similar product developed by Fulcrum that becomes a supported device under our list of supported devices for the mobileOne iOS Library.
• We require that you do not distribute our Library on products that are not specifically designed to work with the FbF mobileOne or any future similar product developed by Fulcrum that becomes a supported device under our list of supported devices for the mobileOne iOS Library.
• Payments must be made in advance of our delivery of the Library to you unless you are an existing customer with established credit terms.
• In the event that a bug is discovered the fix will be free of charge.  Any bug fixes that result in a new version release will be free.
• We will not provide direct support for software development.  Our Library is simple, tested and well documented.  It comes with the source code of our fully functional App also called mobileOne and available on the App Store. 
  
• We reserve the right to improve the library or to add new functionality into it which does not exist today.  We may require an optional upgrade payment if you desire to use some functionality which does not exist in the product today.
• By purchasing a license to our mobileOne iOS Library you agree to these terms and conditions.
