The EikonTouch 700 from UPEK is a FIPS 201 certified fingerprint reader with capacitive sensor and USB 2.0 connection. The device offers security that is focused on IT and the home user. UPEK's USB fingerprint sensors provide quick and reliable fingerprint biometric authentication to desktop or network resources.  UPEK's USB fingerprint readers use the same patented technology built into many of today's fingerprint-enabled notebook PC's, as well as many mobile phones, keyboards, POS terminals, door locks, handheld ID terminals and more.
