Biometrical Standards Support add-on for VeriEye SDK
Neurotechnology offers Biometrical Standards Support (BSS) add-on for VeriEye
SDK. The BSS add-on allows to integrate the support for iris
image format standards and additional image formats to existing biometric
systems based on VeriEye SDK.
Add-on description
The BSS add-on allows to integrate iris image format standards support into
VeriEye-based biometrical systems. These standards are supported:
- ISO/IEC 19794-6:2005 (Iris Image Data)
- ANSI/INCITS 379-2004 (Iris Image Interchange Format)
BSS add-on also allows to integrate JPEG 2000 image format
support into applications based on VeriEye SDK. The following image formats are
supported:
Add-on structure and supported platforms
The BSS Add-on for VeriEye includes:
- Biometrical standard support components for all mentioned standards
- JPEG 2000 support component
- Documentation
The included components can be used from C/C++ and
C# applications. The add-on supports platforms based on
x86 processor architecture. Libraries for
Windows and Linux operating systems are
provided. .NET wrappers of Windows libraries are provided for
.NET developers.
System requirements
The BSS add-on for VeriEye runs on PCs with Microsoft
Windows and Linux operating systems. The system
requirements for the BSS add-on are the same as the system requirements for VeriEye
SDK.
