Collecting Personal Information

When you access our web site, we attempt to record the following information:

  • The IP address that is requesting a page.
  • The Region of the world you are requesting the page from.
  • Your operating system.
  • Your browser type.

When you create an account on our site (login account) we ask for certain information as follows:

  • Your name.
  • Your Company (if applicable)
  • Your billing address.
  • Your shipping address.
  • Your phone number and email address.

We also ask you to accept our general terms and conditions when creating your login account.

When you are ordering a product online we ask you for certain information related to fulfilling your order such as:

  • Your name.
  • Your billing address. (if different than what is in your login account)
  • Your shipping address. (if different than what is in your login account)
  • Your credit card number, expiration date, Security or Card Verification code (unless you choose to pay with PayPal option)

We you place an order on our site using your credit card we do not store the credit card number, expiration date, security or card verification codes. We only use the card information at the time of transaction processing to send it securely to our credit card transaction processor. After processing of your order the only information we store related to your credit card is the last four digits of the card. This information is only kept in case we need to contact you about the transaction.

Using and Sharing Personal Information

Fulcrum Biometrics will only use the information we collect about you for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and for internal statistical business research purposes.

Fulcrum Biometrics will not share, sell or otherwise disseminate your personal information to any company or person outside our company.

Shipping Policy

We ship UPS due to the reliability and expedient service that is offered. If we are to ship using another courier upon request, such as DHL, FedEx, Lone Star and United States Postal Service (USPS), we cannot guarantee the service of any other carrier therefore, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Software and License Policy

Please note, our software and license prices are based on current exchange rates with both EURO & U.S. Due to currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to change prices as required. An SDK (software developer's kit) reference Id must be presented when purchasing licenses of any Neurotechnology products.

Privacy Statement Changes

If there is ever a major change to Fulcrum’s Privacy Policy, a prominent notice will be posted on our web site.
