Licensing MegaMatcher software
MegaMatcher 2.0 SDK
To develop a product based on MegaMatcher technology, an integrator should obtain MegaMatcher 2.0 Software Developing Kit (EUR 4,990). The integrator can develop only an end-user product using MegaMatcher SDK and sell/install the product to the end-users*. MegaMatcher 2.0 SDK customers can obtain additional MegaMatcher 2.0 components licenses for their product installation or development at any time.
MegaMatcher 2.0 components are:
- MegaMatcher 2.0 Cluster Server
- MegaMatcher 2.0 Cluster Node
- MegaMatcher 2.0 Server
- MegaMatcher 2.0 Client
A license is required for each running instance of a MegaMatcher 2.0 component. The following license types are available:
- Single computer license
- Volume license manager
- Enterprise license
MegaMatcher 2.0 SDK already includes:
- One MegaMatcher 2.0 Cluster Server installation license
- Two MegaMatcher 2.0 Cluster Node installation licenses
- One MegaMatcher 2.0 Server installation license
- Two MegaMatcher 2.0 Client installation licenses

Single computer license
A single computer license allows to run a MegaMatcher 2.0 component installation on one computer. Customers have to activate a license after installing each MegaMatcher 2.0 component. Such activation can be done either online by communicating with Neurotechnologija server, or by email. License will not be lost if computer will be reinstalled. Also, it is possible to transfer license from one computer to another.
Volume license manager
Volume license manager is used on site by integrators or end users to manage obtained licenses for MegaMatcher 2.0 components. It consists of license management software and a dongle, which are used to store the number of obtained licenses. An integrator or an end-user can use the volume license manager in the following ways:
- Activating the single computer licenses. An installation license for a MegaMatcher 2.0 component will be activated for using on a particular computer. The license quantity in the license manager will be decreased by the amount of activated licenses.
- Managing the licenses on the network. The license manager allows to share installation licenses for MegaMatcher components across the computers on the same network. The number of shared licenses is limited by the number of licenses in the license manager. No license activation is needed and the license quantity is not decreased.
- Using a license manager as a dongle. The volume license manager containing at least one installation license for MegaMatcher 2.0 component can be used as a dongle that allows to run MegaMatcher 2.0 component installation on a particular computer.
Additional MegaMatcher 2.0 components installation licenses for the license manager could be purchased anytime. Neurotechnologija will generate a special update code and send it to you. Then you will just have to enter the code to the license manager to add these purchased licenses.
MegaMatcher enterprise license
MegaMatcher enterprise license allows an unlimited use of MegaMatcher components (Cluster Servers, Servers, Nodes and Clients) in the end-user products in the certain territory, market segment or project. These limitations would be included in the licensing agreement.
The enterprise license price depends on the application size and the number of potential application's users within the designated territory, market segment or project. Basically a rate of EUR 0.04 per potential user is used for calculating an enterprise license price, although this value may slightly vary, depending on application size and other licensing conditions. For example, a MegaMatcher enterprise license price for a country's pension system would be calculated as EUR 0.04 × A × B, where A is the country's population and B is a pensioner part in the population.
MegaMatcher enterprise licenses are provided only for big projects, with price range starting at EUR 100,000.
MegaMatcher software components require activation for each component's installation. MegaMatcher enterprise license customers receive software tools that allow to make an unlimited number of components' activations without any communication with Neurotechnologija.

Each VeriFinger installation requires activation. VeriFinger enterprise license customers receive software tools that allow to activate an unlimited number VeriFinger installations without any communication with Neurotechnologija. VeriFinger algorithm source code may be included with a special source code licensing agreement for the selected customers, that are going to obtain VeriFinger enterprise license for at least EUR 100,000 or more.

To develop a product based on FingerCell 2.0 technology, an integrator should obtain FingerCell 2.0 Device EDK (EUR 499), or FingerCell 2.0 Library EDK (EUR 4,900), or FingerCell 2.0 source code EDK (EUR 17,190). The integrator can develop only an end-user product using FingerCell 2.0 EDK and sell/install the product to the end-users*. FingerCell 2.0 EDK customers can obtain additional FingerCell 2.0 licenses or FingerCell Devices for their product installation or development at any time.
FingerCell 2.0 Library EDK
Customers should sign the FingerCell 2.0 Library EDK Software Licensing Agreement before purchasing FingerCell 2.0 Library EDK.
1,500 FingerCell 2.0 installation licenses are already included with the FingerCell 2.0 Library EDK license. Additional FingerCell 2.0 installation licenses may be purchased anytime.
FingerCell 2.0 source code EDK
Customers should sign the FingerCell 2.0 source code EDK Software Licensing Agreement before purchasing FingerCell 2.0 source code EDK.
10,000 FingerCell 2.0 installation licenses are already included with the FingerCell 2.0 source code EDK license. Additional FingerCell 2.0 installation licenses may be purchased anytime.

Licensing NImages Pro (WSQ)
NImages Pro requires only a one-time SDK purchase. Thereafter, NImages Pro components may be freely distributed in each product copy sold only as long as it is accompanied by a paid FingerCell or VeriFinger license. This product may not be distributed without accompanying pre-paid FingerCell or VeriFinger licenses.
Licensing TMaC (Template Management and Converter)
TMac requires only a one-time SDK purchase. Thereafter, TMaC components may be freely distributed in each product copy sold only as long as it is accompanied by a paid FingerCell or VeriFinger license. This product may not be distributed without accompanying pre-paid FingerCell or VeriFinger licenses.
