Fulcrum Biometric’s FbF LiveScan software receives Florida Department of Law Enforcement certification

San Antonio, Texas: Fulcrum Biometrics, a global provider of biometric identity solutions, has been awarded certification from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as an approved product for its FbF® LiveScan software.

“We are very pleased to add Florida certification to a growing list of states and agencies that we’re able to serve,” says Ken Nosker, president of Fulcrum Biometrics, “further demonstrating our commitment to providing state-of-the-art live scan solutions for criminal booking and applicant background checking across the United States and beyond.”

Because of the FDLE certification, Fulcrum Biometrics is now able to offer an economical alternative to Florida-based organizations that do background checks, with an easier-than-ever user interface for attended fingerprinting.

FbF LiveScan is an affordable live scan software application that is integrated with the Green Bit Dactyscan84c. The software is certified compliant with the FBI’s latest Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS) and compatible with the FBI NGI (Next Generation Identification IAFIS), DOD SWF, TSC, OPM, NFA/ATF programs. FbF LiveScan is ideal for both civil and criminal registration and identification purposes (through local, state, or federal agencies), such as applicant background checks (NFUF & DOCE), immigration background checks, national voter registration, FBI channeling, visitor registration and ID, criminal booking, enrollment, and ID, and government security clearances.
